Porn Star Stormy Daniels: I’m Being Terrorized By My Ex

Stormy — real name Stephanie Clifford — obtained a temporary restraining order this week in L.A. against her ex Michael Mosny , claiming Mosny also got her new fiance fired from his job … after threatening the man’s employer. Stormy claims Mosny even tried to have a friend steal her car. Mosny and Daniels have a history of domestic violence — back in 2009, when they still lived together, the porn star was arrested for battery … after allegedly attacking Mosny over the way he did the laundry. WWE Champ JBL — Someone Jacked My Scooter … From a Police Station

The longest reigning WWE champion in history — who lives on the subtropical island — tells TMZ, he left the scooter parked in the police lot at the Bermuda airport, but when he returned to scoot back home … the bike was nowhere to be seen. Cops are on the case — but sadly, we’re told the scooter is probably already long gone … stripped down for parts. TMZ spoke to the champ about the unfortunate incident, and he had only this to say … “You can’t steal a wrestling god’s scooter, don’t you know?” Clearly, Mr. Bermudian Scooter Jacker didn’t get the memo. Conrad Murray Could Get More Time Because He Killed Michael Jackson

It’s not supposed to be this way — the fame of the victim should be irrelevant — but it’s hard to ignore the fame of the victim. The people we spoke with say the typical sentence for someone in a similar position — no criminal history, an otherwise unblemished record — would be a “blended sentence” — a year or 2 in jail, and then a year or 2 of community service.

Law enforcement sources tell us … cops were dispatched to the Best Buy in Coleraine, OH after receiving a call about a person, who appeared to be in Katt’s crew, pocketing several items off the shelves. Once police arrived to the scene, we’re told cops questioned Katt, his female friend and other suspected posse members. We’re told …. after a brief investigation, Katt was NOT arrested — neither was the woman — but someone in the group was cited for a “minor misdemeanor.”

We’re told attorneys Mike Flanagan and Ed Chernoff will argue … Murray has no criminal history, and he’s been a model citizen and good doctor for all of his professional life — except, of course, with the whole Michael Jackson thing. Sources say Murray’s lawyers are getting statements from the doc’s patients, to demonstrate his commitment to good medicine.

New Penn State President: University ‘Must Move Forward’ Despite Child Abuse Scandal

In the video — posted moments ago on Penn State’s YouTube channel — Erickson says, “This has been one of the saddest weeks in the history of Penn State, and my heart goes out to those who have been victimized. I share your anger and sorrow.” Erickson — who replaced former Prez Graham Spanier this week following the scandal — continues, “Although we cannot go back to business as usual, our University must move forward. Legendary Oscar Producer Gilbert Cates Dies — Dead at 77

Cates was known as THE go-to producer for the Oscars — putting together a record 14 shows over 18 years, between 1990 and 2008 … more than any other Academy Awards producer in history. He was the uncle of actress Phoebe Cates . Sources tell TMZ, Gilbert’s body was discovered last night in a parking lot at UCLA. Emergency teams responded to a call on the campus around 5:50PM, but were unable to revive Cates. The L.A. County coroner is investigating the cause of death. Cates underwent heart surgery earlier this month. He was 77. Permalink

According to the declarations of Selena and her lawyer, Blair Berk … Brodnicki told the shrink he traveled from Chicago to L.A. to meet her, visited her workplace at least 3 times and has told people he had conversations with God about killing her.

Redmond’s probation was revoked in September — after he allegedly snuck out of rehab and ordered drugs on a payphone — and last week, a judge sent him back to the treatment facility … with the monitoring device around his ankle. According to law enforcement sources, the device features real-time cameras that take a snapshot of Redmond’s whereabouts every five minutes — and if he steps outside his assigned area, an alarm goes off. Redmond — who’s had a long history battling drugs — pled no contest to drug and weapons charges back in August … and was sentenced to a year in rehab.
